* تفسير Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs

{ تَنزِيلَ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ }

(A revelation of the Mighty) He says: the Qur'an is the Word of the Mighty in His retribution against those who disbelieve in Him, (the Merciful) towards those who believe in Him,
