{ وَٱلنَّخْلَ بَاسِقَاتٍ لَّهَا طَلْعٌ نَّضِيدٌ }

and the date-palms that stand tall bāsiqātin is an implied future circumstantial qualifier with piled spathes one cluster of dates sitting on top of the other
