ماهي الحالات التي يجوز فيها لصائم الافطار؟

| يجب الإفطار للمرأة في حالتي الحيض والنفاس، ويرخص للصائم الإفطار في السّفر ضمن الضوابط الشرعية وكذلك للمريض، ويلحق بذلك الحامل والمرضع، كما يباح للهرم ذكرًا كان او انثى الذي لا يستطيع الصوم، ويرخص بالفطر أيضا لأصحاب الأعمال الشاقة ولمن ارهقه جوع او عطش يخاف منه الهلاك او نقصان العقل او ذهاب بعض الحواس، كما يرخص للمكره على الإفطار والله تعالى أعلم. |

Assalamou alaikoum
first of all would you please forgive for not writing in arabic id love too but i dont have it installed on my machine. my question is very simple
i know Allah soubhanoahou watala is the perfect GOD for me... i love him and i love the logic he sent in The CORAN i love everything about the CORAN yes there are some verses i dont understand much but i believe as it is said that the rueles in the CORAN if people find them contradictory itis only because it has to be like this the CORAN as we know and its rules are Good for everytime and all the Times humanity will have to live... i believe in that and i love to believe that.
i find my way in translating the meanings of the coran and sometimes im astonished when i find some rules that would shock some people not because they are tough NO but because they are so great going with our real time and very merciful for some strange habits others may say we need to be killed for...
anyway
im sometimes ashamed of my self and dont know how to call my self... muslim or not... lately ive stopped doing my prayer and since then ALLAH is more present in my heart because if i do not pray him with my gestures as in sallat im talking to him in my heart and fearing him more with every crazy thing i do...
what i want to say here is that im sometimes sick to see people obliging people to pray or do this or do that because this is the right way to pray god ... but dont you think that since we believe in HIM the rules to get to know him would be so naturel and that we will be teaching our selves and then will stuck more with what we love in him because we have discuvered that better that being obliged to follow it because others told us too
i mean im lost... when i used to live in the USA for exemple i was id say a good person going for parayers every friday not forgetting to do my dailly prayers i was not even looking for drink or furnication no absolutly not instead i was proud of who i was and to whom i belong and i was openly talking about this... but since i got back to my home country after three years everything sudenly changed i became lazy tired and thinkfull and with my prayers i was really sick because i dont even have time to do them and when i have to do two at once i feel like a machine praying... that is not what i want...
you would be upset with what im going to say now but in this i found some confort and some close relation to GOD... what iam now is far beyond from what you can immagine i drink i furnicate smoke but yes even all this that i just said there is a BUT i never do harm to others i cant im unable to harm other people... i work with kids that where i get my positive good energy thats where i see god in everything i do... but since ive lost contact with kids ive lost track but i still have a close relation if i might say with god but more than this... i read more books about islam than ever i defend my religion moer than ever i feel bad about my religion more than ever and still find lot of confort in my religion more than ever... You might say im leaving my self to SATAN doing what he wants to me... but from whatching people and especially muslims durring this holly month of ramadan where all devils and satan are powerless i believe that SATAN is power less infront of people of these days... they do more harm and think more badly and say more bad things than ever... where is SATANs work in all this. im asking my self....
Im sorry... im writing much and i shouldnt have im sorry again...

لعل الأخت السائلة تتصور ان المسلم في رمضان يتحول تلقائيًا إلى إنسان ملائكي يحال بينه وبين الشياطين، ولكن المسلم شأن أي إنسان مكلف و مسؤول عن عمله في أي وقت او شهر، ولكن لشهر رمضان فضل وخصوصية دون سائر الشهور ومنها ما ورد في الحديث عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: "إذا جاء رمضان فتّحت أبواب الجنة، وغُلِّقت أبواب النار، وصُفِّدت الشياطين" وفي رواية ابن خزيمة " صفدت الشياطين مردة الجن" وهو على المجاز ان الشياطين لا يصلون من إفساد المسلمين على ما يصلون إليه في غير رمضان، لاشتغالهم فيه بالصيام الذي فيه قمع الشياطين، وان وقع شيئ من ذلك فهو قليل بالنسبة إلى غيره، وهذا للذين يصومون ويغتنمون الشهر الفضيل بالطاعات والقربات، أما المسلم المكلف شرعًا، الذي لا يأبه لصوم ولا لشهر رمضان، أو يجاهر بالفطر فإثمه مضاعف لأن الأجر في رمضان مضاعف للصائم ففي الحديث القدسي عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: قال الله عز وجل: كل عمل ابن ادم له إلا الصوم فانه لي وانا اجزي به والصيام جُنَّة فإذا كان صوم أحدكم فلا يرفث ولا يصخب فان سابه احد او قاتله فليقل إني صائم إني صائم...". وفي رواية للإمام مسلم" كل عمل ابن ادم يضاعف الحسنه بعشر أمثالها إلى سبعمائة ضعف قال الله تعالى: الا الصوم فإنه لي وانا اجزي به يدع شهوته وطعامه من اجلي..... وفي حديث سلمان رضي الله عنه قال رسول الله صلى اله عليه وآله وسلم: "شهر جعل الله صيامه فريضة، وقيام ليله تطوعًا من تقرب فيه بخصلة من الخير كان كمن أدى فريضة فيما سواه ومن أدى فريضة فيه كان كمن أدى سبعين فريضة فيما سواه"
وعليه فالمسلم الذي يقع بالحرام، وينتهك حرمة شهر رمضان، لا ينعم بنعمة الصوم ولا بفضيلة الشهر، ولا يعكس خُلق المسلم، فالعيب فيه وليس في الإسلام والله تعالى أعلم.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
لما كان عمري 13 سنة و كنت بالغا . ولم أكن أعرف أن من أكل في رمضان عمدًا يلزمه كفارة . وأنا كنت ذات يوم عطشان فشربت الماء ثم أكلت .فهل هذا يسمى بإنتهاك حرمة رمضان؟ |

| نعم يعتبر فعلك انتهاكًا لحرمة شهر رمضان فعليك قضاء اليوم الذي أفسدت فيه صومك ولا كفارة عليك عند جمهور الفقهاء والله تعالى أعلم. |

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
حضرة المفتي ارجو ان توضح لي قيمة الفديه لاطعام المسكين الوارده في الفتوى رقم 009 في الصيام عبادات. هل هي مقدار صدقة الفطر ام اكثر ام اقل ارجو التوضيح وتحديد القيمة. |

| فانه لم يرد في السنة النبوية ما يبين مقدار الفدية ولذا اختلف الفقهاء في تقدير مقدارها ما بين المد أو نصف صاع أو صاع وبذا فقيمة الفدية في حدها الأعلى تعادل الحد الأدنى لصدقة الفطر والله تعالى أعلم. |
