* تفسير Tafsir al-Tustari


{ ٱلْمُنَافِقُونَ وَٱلْمُنَافِقَاتُ بَعْضُهُمْ مِّن بَعْضٍ يَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمُنكَرِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَقْبِضُونَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ نَسُواْ ٱللَّهَ فَنَسِيَهُمْ إِنَّ ٱلْمُنَافِقِينَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ }

…They have forgotten God, so He has forgotten them…He said:This means that they have forgotten the bounties (niʿam) of God that they had, and He has made them forget to show gratitude (shukr) for those bounties.His words:
