* تفسير Tafsir al-Tustari


{ حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَاتٌ فِي ٱلْخِيَامِ }

Houris, secluded in pavilions.That is, kept in seclusion in pavilions. It was related from Muḥammad b. Sawwār, on the authorityof his chain of transmission, that Abū Mūsā al-Ashʿarī related that the Prophet said, ‘Verily the believer will have in Paradise a pavilion made of white pearl, thirty miles in length, in which there are many inhabitants but they do not see one another.’ His words, Exalted is He:
