* تفسير Tafsir al-Jalalayn


{ وَأَمَّا مَن جَآءَكَ يَسْعَىٰ }

But as for him who comes to you hurrying yas‘ā is a circumstantial qualifier referring to the subject of the verb jā’a ‘comes’
