{ أَمْ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُ بَل لاَّ يُؤْمِنُونَ }

Or do they say ‘He has improvised it?’ he has concocted the Qur’ān. He has not concocted it; Rather they do not believe out of arrogance. If they continue to say that he has concocted it
