{ أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّهُمْ فِي كُلِّ وَادٍ يَهِيمُونَ }

Have you not noticed that — are you not aware that — in every valley of the valleys of rhetoric and the art thereof they rove overstepping the bounds of decency in their eulogies and diatribes
