* تفسير Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs

{ إِلاَّ مَن تَوَلَّىٰ وَكَفَرَ }

Later on, Allah commanded him to fight them, saying: (But whoso is averse and disbelieveth) except he who turns away from faith and disbelieves in Allah,
