* تفسير Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs

{ وٱلنَّاشِرَاتِ نَشْراً }

(By those which cause earth's vegetation to revive) and He swore by the rain, i.e. He swore by the clouds from which comes the rain; it is also said: this refers to the angels who spread the Scripture;
