* تفسير Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs

{ وَإِذَا بَطَشْتُمْ بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِينَ }

(And if ye seize by force, seize ye as tyrants?) And when you punish, you do so in the manner of the tyrants: you beat up and kill in a state of anger.
